- Hi Everyone! I am a 22 year old student studying to become a Nutritionist. Being Healthy is extremely important to me and those around me. I believe having a healthy mind, body and soul allows you to enjoy life more. Finding those things that truely mean the most in life will help you become a more thankful, appreciative individual under the most unfortunate circumstances. By accomplishing something positive and new everyday, you are certain to improve your lifestyle in a positive, beneficial way. I would love to be a Nutritional Counselor to those who are suffering from eating disorders and have a negative self image about themselves.

I would like to know how many of you count your calories on everything you eat??
There are days were I feel more motivated on trying to make sure I do not eat over my Recommended Energy requirements. Some days I endulge and over eat because I am bored or I really just don't care for some reason. I feel as if I will make it up by working out extra hard that evening or I'll promise myself that I will eat better tomorrow.

Hi Cassie,
ReplyDeleteYes, I am exactly that way. Today was pretty good, but I indulged in a big breakfast type brunch because my ex-spouse cooked black beans, home fried shredded potatoes and omelet, all so off my diet, well at least the potatoes and omelet. That was about 12:30 pm.
For my second meal of the day though I had fresh pear slices, a whole fresh organic mango cut up into slices, some cherries and some walnuts. That was about 6 pm.
Now, it is 11:15 pm and I am hungry. I may have some soup and salad even though I know it is too late at night to eat much.
I don't necessarily count my calories, but I do count my carbs.
